On Wednesday Night, December 12th, we had our Youth Christmas Party.  It was a night of food, fun and fellowship.  We had over 60 youth and adults attend, and we all had fun watching some of our parents play the Christmas Carols version of "Don't Forget the Lyrics."

This year, along with celebrating the birth of Jesus Christ, we wanted to focus on helping others, both in our community and around the world.  In lieu of bringing gifts, we asked each youth to bring a can of food for our Food and Clothing Ministry and $5.00 for Watering Malawi, a project designed to bring clean and safe water to the people of Malawi.

We received 65 cans of food, plus other food products for the Food and Clothing Ministry, along with collecting $250.00 for Watering Malawi.  Special thanks go out to everyone who contributed.
